Musitechnic is recruiting 300 creators, artists, influencers and entrepreneurs with a real need for downtown Montreal space. Approved partners get no-charge access to classrooms, labs, studios and the podcast room, and receive a commission when someone they refer enrols in a program.

What partners receive

No-charge access, subject to approval and availability, to downtown Montreal classrooms, labs, studios and the podcast room (Mon-Thu 9am-8pm, Fri 9am-4pm). Booking is manual for now.

A fixed commission for each program enrolment you refer directly.

A share of net subscription revenue for 12 months for every business you bring onto a Unica OS plan: 20% if you were sponsored by another partner (your sponsor receives 10%), or 30% if you have no sponsor.

Unica OS subscriptions
For every business you bring onto an Unica OS plan, you receive 30% of net subscription revenue for 12 months from its first paid invoice. Net revenue is the amount actually collected, minus taxes, payment fees and AI usage billed to the customer. You can combine program commissions and the subscription share. The total paid to partners on a given subscription never exceeds 30% of net revenue; the sponsor's share is included in that 30%, never added. Program commissions are never shared with a sponsor.
How it works
Complete and sign the agreement online (typed name, separate consents).
Your partner record is created and referral tracking starts automatically.
Refer people or businesses directly. Each customer is credited to the partner who brought them (for subscriptions, the 30% is split: 20% to the partner who brought the customer, 10% to their sponsor).
You are paid within 7 days after the student's payment is received. The subscription share is paid in one monthly batch. A commission is deducted from your future earnings if refunded (or repaid within 30 days if there are none).

Is it free?
Space access is no-charge for approved partners. Incubation is included with the program the student buys; it is not sold separately.
Do I have to buy anything to become a partner?
No.
Am I paid for recruiting other partners?
No. Commissions are paid only for real program or subscription sales to real customers.
What if a student cancels?
If their payment is refunded, the matching commission is deducted from your future earnings (or repaid within 30 days if there are none).
Is income guaranteed?
No. No income is guaranteed and results vary.
