Ohm Hourani performing at NANO MUTEK 2017

MUTEK returns to the Jardins Gamelin again this year for a free late afternoon music program of breezy grooves and live performances featuring festival programmer, DJ, producer, and Musique Risquée founder Vincent Lemieux, tech house experimenter Magnanime who returns from Mexico with a load of new material and tech-jazzesque duo Ohm Hourani and singer Do Mi provide the sway and the song.

Ohm Hourani is also a graduate and a teacher here at Musitechnic.
He came to Musitechnic a couple of weeks ago with the talented DoMi to give us a little preview of what’s to come for the #NANOMUTEK event!

If you don’t know what MUTEK is, here’s a little paragraph explaining who they are:

MUTEK is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the dissemination and development of digital creativity in sound, music, and audio-visual art. Its mandate is to provide a platform for the most original and visionary artists currently working in their fields, with the intent of providing an outlet of initiation and discovery for the audiences we seek to develop.
